For most of my life, I doubted my intuition. I second-guessed every gut feeling, looked outward for answers, and constantly asked others to confirm what I already knew deep down, but couldn’t trust.

If you grew up in a home where emotions were minimized, maybe you know the feeling. The quiet voice inside gets muffled over time - until one day, you don’t hear it at all. But here's the truth: you can rebuild that trust. You can reconnect with your inner knowing. And when you do, your entire life begins to shift.

This morning, I had coffee after an ACA meeting with someone I met last week. She had heard about my work, leading retreats and coaching women, and was looking for hope that a career like this could be possible for her too.

It reminded me how easy it is to forget how far we’ve come. Especially for those of us who grew up in homes where emotional connection was difficult or expectations were high, we tend to always raise the bar. We undervalue our strengths. We underestimate our progress.
