Return to Your True Nature is a gentle, heart-opening Bhakti Flow designed to help you come home to yourself. In the midst of busy schedules, emotional overwhelm, and constant mental noise, it’s easy to forget who you are beneath it all. This class is an invitation to pause, soften, and remember your deeper essence, the part of you that is already whole, steady, and connected. Through mindful movement, breath, devotional intention, and mantra, you’ll be guided into a slow, nourishing practice that calms the nervous system and opens the heart. Expect chanting to open and close the class, fluid sun salutations, grounding standing poses, gentle twists, and long, spacious moments of stillness. This is not about pushing or performing. It’s about listening. It’s about reconnecting. It’s about coming home.
