This week I sang at four kirtans in a row. Every time I pick up the harmonium, I think back to the very first kirtan I attended eleven years ago on my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. I remember thinking to myself, one day I want to lead this.
It took me over a decade to begin.
When I sang at a 200-hour graduation this week, I told the students: Don’t wait eleven years. If there’s something you love - teaching yoga, chanting, creating, or anything else - the world needs your green energy now.
That’s why I pour my heart into training new teachers, leading retreats, and holding spaces for practice and song.
If any of my upcoming offerings is calling your name…join us! Don’t wait eleven years!
✨ If you’re feeling the call to teach: our next 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins December 28 in Bali (and the first one in my new shala!) The earlybird discount ($200 off) ends September 28. You can book it here.
✨ If India is calling: one room just opened up for our retreat which was previously sold out!! Snag it while you can.
✨ If you’re in Bali: come practice with me. Daily drop-ins at 9:30am, Saturday kirtan at 5:30pm, plus a few classes each week at Radiantly Alive. Check my Mindful Bali schedule here.
Don’t wait for the perfect time. Begin now. 🌿
