Hi,
I'm Alex.
It was my life dream to open a yoga retreat centre in Bali, Indonesia - but I just didn't see how it was possible. I was an elementary school teacher working in Private Schools in the Middle East.
When I finally quit drinking, and started stepping into my purpose instead of shying away from it - I started manifesting all of that - and MORE!
I now run a Yoga Retreat Centre in Bali - The Mindful Life Practice Bali. I also have a thriving online Sober Yoga community, The Mindful Life Practice. I lead Retreats and Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world, and I host the Sober Yoga Girl Podcast and publish the Sober Girls Yoga magazine each month.
